Trash & Recycling Policy
- Trash and recycling containers must be stored at the rear of each home at all times except for scheduled collection days which are Tuesdays and Fridays (recycling is collected on alternate Tuesdays).
- Trash and recyclables are to be placed curbside no earlier than the evening before a scheduled collection day.
- After collection (same day), containers must be brought back to the rear of the home.
- The only exception under this rule is for homes which back up to extremely steep slopes. These homeowners may store trash and recycling alongside their homes or at the front so long as it is kept out of view (i.e., concealed by trees/shrubs, etc.) Homeowners must comply with the procedures for placing items curbside as stated above.
Violation of any of these policies will result in a $25.00 fine payable to the Association. Please help to keep Long Meadow Neighborhood looking its very best!
